  The room was clean when we checked in and was cleaned during the days. All of the personel were helpful and was polite accept one. Quite nice location, not in the center but not to far away from the sights. - The helpfullness of one of the reception staff who served us breakfast before 7h00 which is the usual timing.

  LOCATION - I like small hotels in the centre of towns. - We were able to park right outside - and free during the month of August! The staff were really friendly. The hotel was in a great location - just 5 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, but in a quiet area.   I booked the Tonic because I liked that it appeared to be in a genuine Parisian style and wasn't disappointed, the rooms had a nice appearance and has retained some of the buildings original features. It even had its own courtyard off my ground floor room. The staff went out of their way & were sincere in ensuring it was done even though it was fully packed over the week. I really appreciate the effort.

  We stayed at Riviera for 3 nights, I have to say the Staff of the hotel were really friendly and helping. The hotel had internet for free in loby, and also at nights when we want to drink tea, they borrowed us their kettle. They also helped us about sightseeing. The rooms were good as well, the beds were a little bit small, but comfortable.   Very close to the metro station, that was perfect for me - very friendly and efficient staff, good location, the metro is just near the hotel door, so it is comfortable to commute to the centre of the city.

  When booking in the staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and functional for our needs. It was also close to Gare du Nord for the Eurostar. - Very good breakfast, served by 2 helpful and polite staff. Good location near ( just in front) Gare de l'Est. Confortable and clean rooms.

  Room was beautifully designed and lit, bed was very comfortable indeed and the staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was great too - all in all a brilliant place to stay - First time in Paris a hotel room is that big! Really luxurious feeling and comfortable. Also wifi worked properly, fats and reliable. Not used to this.
