The staff was polite and responsive. We got answers for all questions about locations and routes.
time of using a common kitchen started from 11.30
Location is very good.
Poor ventilation
close to Gare du Nord and Sacre-Coeur
The staff has been friendly and helpful, the confort was definitely worth the price.
Wi-fi was rather unreliable
Přátelský a prospěšný hotelový personál. Dobrá lokalita, blízko stanice metra a baziliky Sacré-Coeur.
Výtah není k dispozici.
It is next to the metro and to Montmartre. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean.
It's noisy and dirty in the street where the hotel is located. Some rooms are too small.
I liked the location. It is very close to the train station
The hotel does not have the name outside so it was a little bit difficult to identify it so we right pass it. And I showed the locals the address and we were sent far they didn't even know. But later on we were able to figure it out. Despite this I'll definitely stay here again
Location's great. Near two metro stations. Staffs are always helpful and friendly. Free wifi in rooms.
No elevator. Make sure to travel light if you can't carry your luggage.
1. Location - we had a window with a completely amazing view on Sacré- Cœur. Close to a couple of metro station. 2. Excellent staff - helpful, friendly, English-speaking. When we had to leave earlier, the receptionist himself served us breakfast with just-from-the-bakery croissants and baguettes. 3. Public kitchen is a good thing. 4. Rather nice facilities for the money, good beds, nice breakfast.
1. Very thin doors, so we could hear all from the corridor. 2. No elevator - climbing to the 6th floor can turn into a big problem for old people or small children.
Lovely staff. And we just loved the location - here we saw a bit different Paris from regular tourist routine!! In general fair value for this price.
Sadly we were quite badly biten by bed bugs. Sound isolation was also a bit of an issue.
The location was great - a short walk from Gare du Nord, close to many good budget-minded cafes, and incredible jazz clubs. The view from the sixth floor (i.e. seventh) was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful, and put up with our poor French (although some of them could switch into English). Free internet was great! The shared shower was the best we found in our two-week tour of British and French B&Bs and hotels.
There's no elevator, so it's a good thing we were strong enough to walk up to the top floor and carry our luggage. The motion-activated light in the WC turned off just a little too soon - you have to keep flailing your hands! The television did not work.
Separate kitchen with self cooking. Location and cleaning.
No escalator, poor wifi connection, same item in every day breakfast.
Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money
considering the rate, nothing.
Kitchen staff were not very helpful. She wouldn't even lend me a pen to use on a map! Otherwise, other staff were average.
Rooms were clean and courteous staff
No proper bathroom fittings. Not even a place for the bath towel.
It is very close to the metro station and it is a good price for the kind of the room. Everything very clean.
6Th floor without lift! So exhausted. And the worst thing was the heater. It didn't stop making noise all the time during 3 nights. And the sevice forgot to clean the room once.
Location, price
There were workers redoing the entire tapis plein staircase which made a lot of noise. Also there was no shampoo or shower gel in the hotel. We were all the way on the fifth floor while there were almost no guests in the hotel.
I like being close to the metro.
It's too expensive to be a HOSTEL!!!!.....
Reasonable breakfast.
Location was not in a nice part of Paris. People were out late night and into the early morning. Staff were not as tourist friendly.
the hotel had not taken the money for the booking of the declared card. and put clients in an awkward situation. previously we had posted this as uslovie.ot hotel had been treated dismissively as they say, or pay on the spot or leave.
