Good location, center of the city. It very close to the metro station. Very kind women in reception. Clean & Good price.
Location is perfect. Also free wifi is a huge plus - we lived on 2 floor and wifi worked fine. Room was small but clean and stuff very friendly
Tiny walls - we could hear some weird neighbours who were shouting and arguing all night long.
The Staff is great. They look out for you and there's always someone at the bar of the hotel.
The walls are pretty thin. My neighbors talked all night...

All the beddings and towels, although they are cleaned but very very old.

Budget. If you are going to Paris on a budget... This place is perfect : expect to get what you pay for : a small bed, a chair, a table, a tv, a small bathroom. Everything clean, simple and well located on metro line 11.
We had to get someone to turn off the heating the first night (45mins). Fresh paint on my jacket as painted doors were poorly indicated.

double room but size as a single, bathroom size as shower cabin, not very clean,smelling of cigarettes, had to bleach all bathroom before we were able to use it, bedding like in hospice, didn't like the room at all :-((( I wouldn't recommend to anybody
The good sides are as follows : 1) Location, its just 15-20 meter from Goncourt (Line M11) Metro Station), Easy to come back home after a daylong travel. Bus Stop (No. 75) is just infront of the hotel. 2) Hotel Stuffs are good and helpful. 3) Room Service was given everyday. 4) Just under the hotel there is shop where you find quick foods like cake,biscuits,fruits etc as well as shop for burger,pizza,panini.
Negative sides are as follows : 1) We booked one double bed room. Room was extremely small for two person, felt suffocating in such tiny room. You can hardly move in the room after putting your luggages. 2) Bathroom is also very small. 3) There is no cupboard or similar facility where you can put your luggage,cloths, we have to put our bags in the floor. 4) Not at all worthy of 70 Euro/Night. Find a better deal if you want to spend 70 euro a night.

Everything. The Room was small, the double bed not a double bed, noisy, dusty, bathroom poorly maintained. Worst hotel ever.
People were nice.
The triple room where we were in was very small, no kettle, no cups, no provisions for drinking water. Very very congested rooms. lots of noise from the road.
