  Patricia was extremely friendly and helpful even though she could not speak English. The room was spacious and new and beautifully decorated. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with little thoughtful additions each day. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The room adjoined to the house and had separate... mitä ihmiset sanovat » entrance. - We arrived to a very warm welcome from the host, and our two adjoining rooms were beautifully prepared, with a travel cot set up for our little one. The gardens had a large lawn area and slide and swings - perfect for our little ones to burn off some energy after the long drive. The breakfast, with the homemade jams, was delicious.

  A really good stop-over hotel on our way to Dordogne. Would fully recommend a stay here and also do have the evening meal - a must!! Not at all expensive - 4 courses, including wine and all beautifully prepared. We did have a slight difficulty with the translation of the menu, so the lovely lady owner got out her lap-top and did 'translate'.   We found the accommodation extremely spacious, comfortable and beautifullly decorated. It was located right on the banks of the Seine, and out of our window we could see the ships go past. Plenty of good places to sit out in the orchard and garden. It was very relaxing indeed and even better than expected from the desciption. We'll definitely be coming back. . - Very 'french' experience. Madame doesn't speak any English, so be prepared to use a bit of french. I also emailed Madame before the visit to ensure she knew of our booking. The area is wonderful, alongside the Seine and among fields of fruit trees. They have chickens and also peacocks wandering the gardens. A most restful night - followed by a typical french breakfast. Very close to the abbey ruins of Jumieges.
