  The staff was always available and helpful. We arrived at 10am on firstday and allowed us to check in immediatley. We booked a return visitbefore coming home and they gave us the same room.   It was a very good location in a nice area, being close to many points of interest, and close to two metro stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and english level was above average. We went in mid-April but it did get a bit cold outside in the evenings, but the temperature was very comfortable.   The location was perfect, easy to access the main stations. The staff was quite friendly and helpful and the housekeeping was the best! We were only travelling for a weekend so had small, light bags and this hotel suited us well... if travelling with larger bags I would consider other options as the elevator is very small and is not accessible from the ground floor.
