  Hotel is in excellent condition.Staff is really helpful and speak english fluently. Room is comfortable and spacios. Decor in the room is modern, minibar is refilled daily. Food from the hotel restaurant is amazing. Check in is at 3PM but the room was ready at noon and the - The service was exceptional - particularly the front desk / door staff and the bar service staff and the girl working in the bar - great service. The greeting on the door was friendly. The room was perfect and spacious. The room cleaning service was excellent - everything left fresh and clean. The bed and linen was beautiful. The soft boiled eggs at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast with bacon and grilled tomato. The shower was wonderful. We ad a wonderful stay

The services were superb; they made all my museum and restaurant reservations for me in advance. The linens and bed were plush and comfortable; I slept well for a change! Great location with extremely close proximity to George V metro station and Arc de Triomphe. I recommend this hotel highly.

The restaurant attached to the hotel serves excellent food until late at night with very helpful and friendly staff.
