All spoke English well enough to answer any concerns or questions we had. The metro was just a short walk away with easy access to all of Paris.   Very nice and clean room; delicious breakfast (although we had to que toget the table); late access to the swimming pool; not too far from thecity center - metro station nearby.   C'est magnifique! My husband and I had a fabulous time on our first trip to Paris and I have to say, your staff was greatly responsible! The front desk staff, particularly Julian and Brendan (?he worked nights), were so incredibly friendly and so very helpful in directing us to restaurant areas, monuments, etc., that we almost didn't need any map... mitä ihmiset sanovat » s. - The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and warm. The food was standard French breakfast fare, and the rooms were neat and clean. I don't think I would have enjoyed our experience in France anymore, even in a high end hotel. It felt like staying with family ( in all the good ways).

  This hotel is truly bijoux, a little jewel, small but perfect in every detail. The staff were friendly and helpful with info and directions. The attention to detail in the decor is truly outstanding, (down to co-ordinated electrical outlets inside the wardrobes). I didn't have time to try the hammam. - The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The lobby and breakfast room are amazing (I just could not stop taking pictures) and the food was very good.
