The owner Patricia could not be more welcoming. Busy little cafe in an old fashioned french style but with modern accomodation We bought gluton free bread from the local supermarket as my wife has Celiac disease, Patricia toasted and gave it to her for her breakfast.
The Capitaine room on the first (U.S.- second) was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Close to the picturesque harbor.
Owner and Staff and character of hotel and rooms, location is very central. Really enjoyed our stay there and planning to return for longer.
Nothing
Quaint .nice location close to everything including supermarket.
A little noisy through walls and with wooden floors but few guests.
The location was good with free parking nearby
Stairs to room quite steep and room quite basic
Location & friendly staff
Great location, only a short walk to the harbour. The room was neatly set & offered all that we needed for our short stay.
Value for money and great location. It had character. The landlady/staff was very pleasant and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage and collect later that evening.Breakfast was lovely and the room clean and comfortable.
The staff were really nice and very helpful. The place had a lovely, relaxed feel to it. Casual and fuss- free. Clean and well- situated. Within close walking distance of the port, shops, restaurants, galleries and other attractions. I had a very nice time there and would recommend it to anyone.
accommodation was as described, friendly host, good value for money
Staff
At night you need a key to open the external door. If there was a fire and you forgot a key how would you get out?
Within walking distance of Honfleur with plenty of parking around. Friendly staff that speak a little English and made us feel welcome. Good value for money. Lovely large, light and airy bedroom and ensuite. Huge, deep roll-top bath with lots of hot water. Chabby/chic style. Romantic and comfortable.
Wifi did not work on our 1 nights stay. Bedroom could have done with a bin, there was only a small one in the bathroom. Also a hair dryer could be useful in the room, they probably had one if I could ask but it was after they closed up I realised there wasn't one in the room.
This hotel is beautiful quirky but not for those of you that need a lift! Very friendly staff. Beautifully remodel shared shower room. Just a lovely place to stay, away from the crowds but near enough to find somewhere to eat.
Not open for evening meals
Very cute and charming place!
I liked the warm treatment from staff. The room was pretty confortable and clean. It was pretty close to the city center but even so it was quiet at night. I'd recommend it.
Location is great - just a stones throw fron the harbour. It's quirky in a nice way and is really just a cafe with rooms.
Lots of noise - paper thin walls
The location of the hotel
quite basic accommodation, beds not terribly comfortable and the toilet cistern wasn't refilling and so we had to fill it up with the kettle! There was no one available after 7.30 pm to call to get this problem sorted. The wooden floors through out the building made it quite noisy.
