  Very , very, very nice hotel! Located next to the bus and tram stops. You can walk to the subway for 15 minutes. Very friendly girls in the coffee shop combined with the hotel. The smell of coffee and the drink itself - the most delicious in Prague! There is nothing superfluousIn the studio, but all that is - only the highest quality. The owner of the hotel - very nice man told me where to eat nearby - Charming B&B in Prague 10, with fantastic garden and adjoining coffee shop. Quiet, generally safe local neighborhood, still centrally- located but not crawling with tourists. Tram 4/Bus x22 stop directly across the street, or a 10 minute walk to Nemesti Miru Metro. Peter the proprietor is fluent in German and English, and was most accommodating. Breakfast is first rate, with coffee of the same calibre as the café next door.   The location was absolutely perfect for us -- about a 5 minute walk to the center square (where all the Christmas Markets are), but on a quiet street without any bars. The unit was beautiful and much bigger than we thought it would be. There was cable and strong internet wifi signal. The kitchen was full and we could not ask for anything more. The service very friendly and accommodating. The staff was very welcoming and demonstrated their care by ensuring we had what we needed. Located on one of the more luxurious streets in Prague, also located centrally which made it easy to get to all the good spots in town for first time visitors.

  Excellent value for money. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped, it doesn't looks like a cheap accommodation. This is my second time in Budget Studios, this time wasn't available any en- suite room so I had to share toilet and bathroom but it was fine, everything was clean and you share it with only another room. Wireless internet is av - I stayed at this apartment for 10 nights recently. Excellent place. I had a large spacious room with en-suite shower and it also has cooking facilities. The building itself is really well maintained and is only minutes away from the city center by tram (tram stop only a short walk away). The apartment itself is well heated and has modern furnishings. The staff are brilliant - very friendly and really they go out of their way to help. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Pragu
