We booked this hotel the night before when we had to return to Split and wish we had seen it on our earlier trip. Lovely hotel with a cafe and restaurant attached. What a wonderful place made even more enjoyable by the warmth and friendliness of Velco & Katica. Velco collected us from the bus station and had no problems with an early check-in. Hrvoje Is an extremely welcoming host, who provides expert knowledge of Bol and the surrounding areas and can't do enough to make your stay a pleasant one. The FREE bike hire is a great idea. There is an abundance of spectacular scenery in which to cycle in. The pool area is beautiful too if you can remove yourself from the stunning 'Zlatni Rat' beach.

My cousins and I could not have been happier with the accommodations and especially the location. I have been to Split many times and have in the past always stayed in hotels. This was my first experience with an "apartment" type of accommodation. I loved loved loved the patio for late evening relaxation and people watching. Everything was like new and very clean. Both Antonia and Robi were wonderful and were very helpful in making our stay one to remember. -
The apartment was a very nice size for 4 adults and magnificently located just outside the western wall of the palace at the Iron Gate. The terrace was amazing and spacious with a nice view of the square and a beautiful Romanesque house tower with Gothic belfry and Renaissance 24 hour clock adjoining the terrace. No bells ringing thankfully. Very charming and full of history. A great location to explore the palace and return to wonderful accommodations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Suites, which is ideally situated near the old town. The highlight was the outstanding attitude of the staff, who provided us with excellent advice and support. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria, Tony, Tina and Lana. The room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed excellent breakfasts. We would certainly stay at the hotel again.

Hyvä sijainti, uudenveroinen apartamentos-tyyppinen huoneisto - The hotel owners mid-20's son greeted us in the parking lot. He arranged to take care of our parking pass. He helped carry some luggage. As we arrived at 8pm, the owner(mother) had prepared a plate of ham and cheese and olives that was delightful, knowing we hadn't eaten dinner yet!
