  Great hotel and we had a lovely stay. They upgraded us to a bungalow for free. The manager and staff were super helpful even though our Spanglish was not great. They really bent over backwards and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was good, with options.   The hotel is new (as of Aug. 2013) and the rooms as well as the common area are very well kept and clean, nice design and decoration too... The staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped me find transport to the inland and to buy the boat tickets to Iquitos. It is also a safe area. - Great place to stay! It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We went on a overnight trip and were allowed to store bags there while we left. We booked with them again when we got back. We were also allowed to keep the room for a few extra hours before our flight which was a big help as they didn't need the room at the time. That was much appreciated
