My room was clean and comfortable. I stayed in the executive suite, with a living room, and extra bathroom. The room came with a great view of the city, extra large bathtub, foyer with two closets, entryway half bath, and a business desk w/ computer and fax machine. My reservation came with breakfast vouchers, as well as coupons for the daily dinner buffet. I was able to take the hotel shuttle to and from the trade districts with no problem, however the shuttle driver spoke no english so I had .
kaikki arvostelut » - Hotel location; International Trade City (Futian) is a short taxi ride away (or you can take the shuttle bus), also for shopping the Night market is about 15 minutes walk (Passing the petrol shed opposite) and Jeibei Shopping Center is also about 15-20 Mins walk. - Room was good, hot water excellent. - Wifi/Internet, free and very fast!. Staff were great. Room was good, room rate quite reasonable. Ten minute walk to the downtown stores, a Starbucks and Costa Coffee. The hotel was clean and spacious. The executive room was a very good standard. Clean and Silent. Confortable Bed.Fast Internet Connection. Business & comfort after hectic day in fustian markeet. Service on the 19th floor was awesome. Clear , staff can speak English. The breakfeast was excelent. clean and lovely stuff. overall it is good. Good foods. verey bad hotel no Facilities . Bathroom was ok. Tv is good but unlivable. I would have liked for the cleaning staff to brush the sofa between each stay to remove the hair. Other than that, nothing. The staff was extremely helpful. Even when I left my painting in the hotel lobby, they shipped it to me to my school with no problem. The Bar area, doesn't offer much in the way of comfort. It isn't a place to relax and have a drink. Generally the staff in the reception, dining and executive lounges were not as friendly and efficient as I would have expected from a hotel of this standard. Breakfast can be better. Location is so so. The checkout process and the two ladies that checked us out. Absolutely rude and have no english skills. The mattress not comfortable. Location. massage center not available. Taxi service. 1) The room booked through booking is not in the main building, feel like we are 2nd class customer 2) Old facilities, not new decoration 3) The breakfast is far from satisfaction. Before booking made, it was stated no booking cancellation charge...after booking confirmed, it was stated in the booking confirmation there will be no free booking cancellation charge. This really absurd and misrepresentation of letsbookhotel.com. The Hotel looked old and in need of face lift. I booked this hotel based on the name and was disappointed with it. I and my fiancee had to sweat all night as this four star hotel didnt had airconditiong. Instead, they gave us noisy standing fan. The room is too small and dingy, nothing to be of worth at all.
