  The staff were incredibly polite and the service was impeccable. They were also very helpful in providing us with "local knowledge" of where to go have fun, have good food etc etc. The room itself was huge. Impeccably clean, service was always prompt especially when we ran into trouble with the washing machine. Amenities that one needs away from... mitä ihmiset sanovat » home were all there. Gym, Pool & Jaccuzzi were also great. - Very spacious apartment, good for a family with children. Nice to have kitchen and washing machine and warm toilet seats :).

  I absolutely loved this hotel. All the staff made me feel so welcome.They made me feel like family. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is about a 4 minute walk from the Drum and Bell Tower. Ho Hai Park and Behai Park are also pretty close by. It is situated in surrounded by restaurants, hutongs and lots of sights!
