At first when I walked in to reception I did not like what I saw but after seeing room and settling in all was ok. They are re laying rd in front of hotel.very helpful staff .very close to metro less than 3 min.lots of restaurants mc Donald's banks all very close .for those arriving by metro exit zoo station exit c then walk towards mc Donald's when you reach cross rd cross and you will see china construction bank look left you will see circle k convinians store walk past it then at bank of chi.

The room was cleaned and towels changed every day. + The Deluxe room is spacious and both the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom looked just refurbished. + Insect screen on the windows so it's very comfortable to sleep with the windows open. + Excellent location, just a couple of minutes walking from the Zoo metro station and not far from the East Train station (by metro). + Overall, it's a simple but very clean and comfortable place, I'm glad to recommend it. Wifi worked well and some of the staff spoke English, which is not the norm in many hotels in China. Location was decent since it was a 5 minute walk from the Zoo metro station. The hotels is 5 min walk from the "zoo" metro station, and you can walk 10 min and you in the center. The hotel is not far from the Guangzhou railway East Station. Only few stops by Metro or a RMB23 trip by taxi. A 10 mins walk from the Zoo Metro. Few restaurants in walking distance but do bear in mind that this is not a touristic place, so the restaurants close earlier at around 10pm. The good thing is that you don't get people trying to sell you all sorts of products as on Beijing Lu. The hotel itself is clean. Location is pretty fine! Close to Metro "Zoo". Hard bed but all of china is same. - At times cleaning staff and other guests were a bit noisy in the mornings, but always after 8-8:30 - Staff don't speak English but their use of google translate is excellent! So no big deal. No English to be found anywhere, even the hotel sign! So keep the Chinese scripts of the hotel name handy. You will need that when look for the hotel. The pillows are quite low, not exactly my taste. The bed is quite hard, but I guess that's typical in China. There was construction noise early in the morning around 8am. most of the stuff don't speak english. No breakfast include. No drinking water in the room. first time i arrived i dont know nothing and i want massage but i dont know where to go , the enviroment make my feeling changed because i am new and first timer and i finally found out the massage next door to the hotel but very expensive, the massage price was 120dollars it really disaapointed me and i thought also people cant speak eaglish in china but i was wrong because they can understand me to...!. some problems with English. But personal was very smart and used google translate. a bit difficult to find food at night. A bit difficult to find food at night,. The hotel don't have any person can talk English . The staff is not fully conversant in english. The walls are too thin so you can hear your neighbour. Stuff - they are working in a hotel of business cetner of wordl trade - Guanchzhou. And they are not care about to learn english a little bit. The management aint care about it at all. But is is china, baby. Not very clean, towels are old, limited services. Too small rooms, no fridge, only one big towel in the double room, did not. Room rate is not cheap. Only one person can speak English.not provided drinking water not available in the room. My single room was soo small that if I strech my arms I could touch opposite walls. The room was way too expensive for what I got. Although, the location is good, but the room I booked through letsbookhotel.com was given to someone else and I was given a box room, which was the smallest room I ever stayed in. The staff doesn't speak any english and is just money minded. Wait time.
