What was there not to like. Rooms were very quiet and private; very clean; and secure. The owner was very accommodating to us on our late check-out requests and any other requests we may have had. AC was wonderful on the hot afternoons and the pool so inviting. We were traveling with a group of friends. 6 mature couples and we all enjoyed immensely. Spacious shared areas as well. Great breakfast including real coffee. Located on the edge of a park and across the street from an excellent .
kaikki arvostelut » Michelle was over the top with kindness and help. she gave us good local information and was most informative. We felt safe on our walks and it is located in a beautiful area. My wife and I were there four days and had eight others join us. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. I can sure you we will book Bruno's the next time we travel to Santiago. The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful and the accommodation was relaxing and comfortable. Michelle, the manager, speaks fluent english and gave good advice on where to go and what to see. The location is quite good for access to the metro, although the 1km walk was a bit trying for my wife, who suffers from arthritis. It is in a lovely neighborhood, and in close proximity to a large mall and the metro. There is a lovely back yard and pool, nice breakfast area, living area and deck. Very comfortable. As close to being at home as possible. Across the street from an excellent restaurant. This was the most beautiful B&B we've stayed in as well as being in a perfect location. Michelle, the manager, speaks perfect english and is very friendly and helpful. Quiet and safe neighborhood, 15 min walk to Av. Providencia, good breakfast, nice and very clean rooms, very friendly staff, great atmosphere. The location was excellent and Michelle and staff are amazing in giving information and providing assistance when needed. Great location, beautiful place, owner very helpful. The only item that we found needing attention was the slow response of the hot water. I feel the heads need to be cleaned and the water mixer in room four need attention. all else was GREAT. We got off to a bad start when, at 10 pm, no one answered the door and so we had to spend the night at a nearby motel. Michelle made it right with a bottle of bubbly served at a local restaurant and did not charge for the airport cab she had arranged. It would be a good thing to have a second person who can speak english in Michelle's absence, but we managed OK. The breakfast area is quite good but a bit cramped. It is tricky to regulate the water temperature when taking a shower, but it's really a minor thing. Hot water temperature inconsistant, door bell not working when arrived, owner apologized and promise to fix it.
