  We stayed for a week in October, except for the rainy days everything else was close to perfect. Afterwards we stayed for 3 nights at Hyatt Regency and it really wasn't up to L'Hermitage standards, although more expensive. Great location, quiet and cosy, free internet in the library, wonderfuly decorated.   Loved concierge floor. Michael was tops, as was the chef and all staff. My sister got sick and they took amazing care of her. Breakfast and view was awesome. It's not cheap but worth every penny. Love the Le Labo toiletries, classy all the way.   After traveling and staying at budget friendly accommodations, this was a VERY welcome treat. My kids and I were treated extremely well. From the front desk check in until check out, we were very pleased with our stay. The room had an excellent view of the harbour and Concierge was very helpful. Free milk and cookies for the kids. Great location close to the Waterfront SkyTrain station. Canada Place and the Fly-Over Canada attraction are right across the street. Great harbour views.   The hotel exceeded our expectations on almost all counts. The service, the staff, the location , the hotel ambiance , the food, etc. all exceeded the high standards that we were looking for.   It was a perfect location for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the shopping area.I stayed there about 25yrs ago and loved my stay so I wanted to take my daughter for her 17th birthday as that was a wish of hers.We both enjoyed our three day stay at the hotel.
