  I had an ocean view for the first time and that was a real treat and added to the relaxation of my stay. The massage in the spa was superb as always.   Beautiful rooms and resort, nice views of the Burrard Inlet/Harbour and Stanley Park, very comfortable bed and furniture. It's right on the famous Stanley Park, so there's a great walkway right along the water with amazing views/sights. The quality of the soap/shampoo in the bathroom is top-notch. Views of the harbour were lovely, beautiful property and our room was huge and the Heavenly beds are dreamy. We paid a very affordable price that was three times cheaper than what the same room in Miami would have cost.

  Staff up-graded us to larger room without asking. We requested and were given room high up, on 2nd subsequent stay, asked for room with alternate view and accommodated. WiFi worked well in room. Frig & coffeemak - Visit Vancouver for several years and also stay at different hotel in downtown, Blue Horizon is my favorite. Stay there more than three times, staff is very kind and helpful, price is reasonable, room is big and clean, facility is convenience and comfort. Location is excellent, right down in the central of Robson street, good for shopping and also esay walk to the Stanley park.   Courteous, efficient, welcoming staff. Our city view room was surprisingly quiet and the layout of the room very conducive to privacy as well as having a desk for business. Our meal in the dining room was superb and again, the service was excellent. I got a smile from everybody which is great nowadays. walking distance from everything you want to look at in dowtown Vancouver. I will definitely be back.

  Everything worked - The location,of The Sutton Place was excellent for the area of Vancouver we wanted to visit. The staff were extremely professional and helpful and the overall quality of the hotel would compete easily with top ranking hotels anywhere.
