The staff at the Loden were exceptional, nothing was a problem and all very friendly and professional. The rooms are large and gorgeous and the small touches such as a welcome back gift of gourmet chocolate pistachios and sparkling water was a lovely surprise.
The massage at the spa was also divine.

The suite was very clean, kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable. Glad we paid a little extra and got the suite with the balconies and fireplace. Location was easy access to water taxi, or a good walk over the bridge to get to Granville .Island. Granville Street was very close too, we walked it every night. It had many pubs and stores. Police were present, we always felt safe.

It was a perfect location for us as we wanted to be in the heart of the shopping area.I stayed there about 25yrs ago and loved my stay so I wanted to take my daughter for her 17th birthday as that was a wish of hers.We both enjoyed our three day stay at the hotel. The service was excellent in the Yew Restaurant, our room was beautifully appointed.

I normally stay at Starwood Hotels, but for my first time at Four Seasons it was eccellente, the Staff, the rooms, the Yew Bar and Restaurant, etc. We enjoyed very much 3 days rest after 8 days Skiing.
We defenetly will recommend Four Seasons Hotel to everyone.
Vert Good Value for money.

Location is fantastic - there is an excellent Chinese restaurant on the same block (Dynasty) and an excellent coffee roaster almost directly opposite. 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of bustling Robson St. Complimentary parking is something rarely offered in Vancouver and this place had it. We had the penthouse apartment. The space of having separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the full kitchen and living room was fantastic for a family with 2 college-age kids + 1 5 year old. Great for families to split up and walk to the activities of interest, whether shopping, the park or the waterfront. Restaurants are close and the full kitchen

Great location . Awesome facilities and apartment just perfect . Come from Australia and we will be back to Vancouver and will stay here again for sure . We have stayed down on harbour before and this was much much better and cheaper .
