When deciding on which room to have, I was asked if I wanted to see them and the chap was there within seconds, up to the 5th & 7th floors & back to reception in minutes. Excellently located, 5 mins' walk from city shops. Incredibly efficient!   Courteous, efficient, welcoming staff. Our city view room was surprisingly quiet and the layout of the room very conducive to privacy as well as having a desk for business. Our meal in the dining room was superb and again, the service was excellent. The concierge goes out of their way to help with reservations, and any other request you could think of. The hotel is near some pretty parks and is only about a 25 minute bicycle ride into the main part of the city.
