We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. Big clean spacious room with mini fridge. Some of the furniture showed
signs of wear. Bed was comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was on
the outer skirts of the city. I read from other reviews that the city
had alot of construction going on so I wanted to avoid that. This hotel
is a 2 minute walk to the subway. Continental breakfast, WiFi and
parking were free. I paid $289 plus taxes for a king room. There is a
park next to the hotel. Food was excellent at the restaurant.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are very helpful, especially Todd from the Intercontinental Club.
I highly recommend the Club for its excellent business facilities and the tasty snacks. The room was overlooking the CN tower, the bed was very comfortable and the selection of pillows was excellent. The swimming pool and the spa are very nice.

Everything about my stay was amazing we also had a free upgrade. The pool area was small but still nice and atmosphere was great. The staff who checked me out she was so nice and Friendly. -

To be honest, we didn't check in until later in the evening, so we
didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities. But the staff were
super courteous and very accomidating. Our room was very comfortable. We
were a family of three senior sisters and our very elderly dad (90 yrs).
Dad was very impressed with the fact that he had his own bedroom and
bath!! It really was lovely. Thank you so much.

The location was good and overall the hotel was very nice. Downside is there is a fee to use internet in the room and valet parking is expensive but you can self park for less. Bed was comfortable and we had a good dinner in the dining room. They do offer free internet in the lobby with 3 computers to use. -

I love loved the location! Its within walking distance to Dundas Square (about 15 mins). There is also a train stay about 2 min walk from the hotel. There are also numerous train cars. There are also jazz shows on most nights. Its a great place to stay. There's also a free breakfast of toast and tea or coffee.
