Royal stay was an amazing place to stay! Extremely clean apartment well presented, nice environment, friendly and very helpful owners, security always around so it felt safe which helps when your abroad, great location as public transport not too far away and very close to some of the main attractions in Toronto. Definitely recommend staying here for anyone whose looking to come out to Toronto and visit all the sites- absolutely loved it! Stayed here with two other people who feel exactly the s.

The Apartment was fantastic with the staff really friendly, helpful and polite. It was clean and had a great view and it was in great location close to alot of the main sites to see in Toronto. Excellent location and facilities (parking, pool, sauna, gym), very friendly staff at the reception of the building, very decent bathroom and kitchen appliances. Everything about it was exactly what you'd expect from an apartment. Comfortable, clean and great location in the entertainment district. Location and price; safe area close to the subway, the Convention Centre and many other attractions. Contacting the people in charge was great. And everything asked for was taking into consideration. IT Was excellent located, and a beautiful apartment. We had a very good time there!!! :-). The name of the apartment block is Icon and this confused us when we arrived as we thought it would say royal stays. Was not very clean : dirty dishes and windows upon arrival, paint stains on the floor, lack of kitchen towels, noisy because of construction works (not their fault ofcourse), not enough storage space for clothes. If you have a car, depending on your parking spot ( which is allocated by apartment) it's a bit of a pain. Having said that it is in the building right where it needs to be. The apartment was a bit dirty; there were bits of food under the cushions on the couch, accumulations of dust & debris in the corners of the rooms and the carpet in the bedroom looked really filthy. The bathroom and kitchen were clean. The internet sometimes fall out...but when u connect to it successfully, the speed is Amazing. car garage was confusing and desk staff didn't appear to know how to treat a hotel guest. nothing. It is a sublet Appartment. I had problems with access. They sent me an email during the day but I had no wifi access, so had no details of how to access the unit Not properly cleaned. Carpets. Dishwasher or crockery Only one set of keys Pool is tiny It could be great. The management promise to deal with all these issues. The washroom is inside the room . There is no dishwasher soap .
