I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

The room we stayed in was amazing for the price (we know it would be more in peak time). We had every convenience we needed (fridge, ironing board, etc., etc.). The staff is great and receiving the small gesture for our anniversary is a nice touch. We love staying at the Hilton!!

We brought our two dogs and they were each given their own "heavenly" dog bed, dishes and treats. The kichenette has everything you need to cook and bake! Our one bedroom suite was perfect - we could keep the dogs out and the room was pitch black so I could finally get some sleep.

I loved the room, entrance and friendliness of the staff! It was so nice to see how dog friendly your hotel was. I would love to come back for a night and possibly being my dog next time. We got a very fair price on the room and would come up for the same price again. My boyfriend and I for engaged over the weekend as we were walking back to the hotel and a staff member brought is to the lounge for a glass of sparkling wine which was very nice. We loved the outdoor hot tub and pool.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas complete with visit from Santa. The suite was warm, clean and nicely furnished. Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. The location is superb - looking out onto the ocean - and the lodge has its own private beach. Relaxing in the large, supremely comfortable lounge looking out on the beautiful scene ( as the rain poured down!) with endless supplies of coffee or tea was a real treat and a memorable one.
Freshly baked cookies in the evening were a nice touch too.
