Everything was beyond expectations. Our hosts were very sweet! They have some nice info & tips about surrounding area (where to go, where to eat, etc.). House & rooms are very nicely decorated; I would describe it as a 'boutique' like accomodation. It's kind of 'hidden' between the trees(this makes it a very romantic spot). The owner, Harold, is super-nice and friendly, always asking us if there's anything we need. The surrounding marshes is awesome for nature lovers.
The house and grounds are beautiful, extremely well maintained, and so unique. The outside jet-tub is a a nice touch.
The room is very clean, and obviously the owners tried hard to please. They provide 2 beach chairs, beach mats, housecoats, tons of hangers, DVD player, music player, washing machine, dryer, BBQ, etc, etc.

These people went out of their way to make us all feel welcome into their home. They baked cookies for our children and did all the little extra's you will not get in a hotel/motel. Stay the breakfast alone is worth it and they make you feel welcome

Blanket & Spoon was amazing! The 3 course chef prepared breakfasts were incredibly delicious and different each morning. Food made fresh from local farmers and b&b home grown garden. Owners and their pets were super friendly and knowledgable about the area. The room was cleaned every day, fresh towels and even a bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary! We had an incredibly relaxing, enjoyable stay and will be back soon. Everything was perfect, even the hot tub!
