Chris and Gord were the most welcoming hosts one could imagine. Collecting us from the airport, giving a small guided tour of the local area and arranging the pickup the next day were all added bonuses, but to be invited to join them for dinner that night was outstanding. The suite is well appointed and their property is perfectly located We could not recommend Telco House highly enough - don't stay anywhere else in Port Hardy!.
kaikki arvostelut » Owners are really nice people and did everything that they could to make our stay comfortable. They arranged to collect us from the Port Hardy Airport and when our flight was delayed, the came back the following day to collect us.They also arranged for a shuttle to take us to the Inside Passage Ferry early the following morning. Ideal location for a late arrival from the ferry. Warm welcome from Chris and Gordon. Excellent facilities and delicious , ample cooked breakfast. Only there for one night but an early walk along the road I spotted several bald eagles. Would like to have stayed longer. The very helpful owners, Chris and Gord who picked us up from the airport, advised on where to eat andprovided a generous packed breakfast for our 4.30 am departure. Spacious accomodation (bedroom, sitting room, bathroom) with every facility. Very spacious and clean Very welcoming and helpful. Owner got up at 5.30 to see us off to early Prince Rupert ferry and provided us with an excellent bagged breakfast. Near to ferry terminal and restaurants. Excellent facilities. Very welcoming and helpful hostess. The bagged breakfast for the 5am ferry was very good. Very close to the beach with lots of bald eagles flying around. we were just overnighting Fri/Sat to attend parade on Sat., so not too much of # 3 applies to us. Hostess/Host were very friendly and pleasant. The accommodation was very very good. The owners, who had to go away, were very thoughtful. The location was close to the town and the sea. We were met with such kindness and had our breakfast with the family and could learn about port hardy and Vancouver Island. Recommend to all. Excellent choice to stay overnight for the inside passage ferry. We even had our breakfast packaged for a 5h30 leaving. Hosts were great - very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Location is excellent. Chris and Gordon were very helpful. Lovely room great location. Leaving so soon. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. nothing. Nothing.
