The hotel smelled clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was nice and large. The check in staff was friendly and quick. I liked dealing with Debbie, she was very friendly, had a smile on her face, warm welcome. The bed and bathroom were nice and comfy, we slept well and had a nice time. Customer service was very great and the style was upcoming and comfortable.

The room I ended up getting was very nice but that was after I asked to be changed as the first room was smelly and a but old looking. The room I got by the end was nice although some of the things did not work cable tv and fireplace. Since the a/c didnt work in one room, they did switch our room with one that had a functional a/c. The rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and spacious in the king room. l liked how friendly the staff were...while l was there l got sick and had to go th the hospital..the staff was so caring and they made me feel like l was important to them..thank you. Functional room for a one night stay. Bed mattress very comfortable Good location Complimentary parking Economic price Reception and switchboard very friendly and efficient. The price and loyalty of the staff. I lost my watch and when I called back, they told me that they kept it. stayed in a jacuzzi suite which was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom clean; nice view. The cost and the flexibility regarding early-check in and late check-out. Great Value for Money. Close to some Good Italian Restaurants. very close to the niagara falls. Location was great. Price. The woman at the front desk who checked us in. Patient and polite. Person who cleaned our room did a great job! The view from our room was great. The breakfast place - Golden Griddle located short walk away from our hotel. The room itself was ok, besides the fireplace not working and most of the lights being burnt out. Friendly staff when we checked in . The room design and bedding was quite nice. Only the Black lady at the front desk was accommodating and I met her as I checked out. The location was in walking distance to restaurants. The view from our room. Room was good. Location. Location. nothing. We liked the layout of the room we stayed in, the bed was comfortable.The view from the 9 th floor looking towards the falls was great.We liked this hotel when it was Quality hotel and confrence center. The location was good to drive to Niagara Falls and the outlets. Nothing would never stay here again or recommend anyone. Outside was good. Nothing to like. location. I would have liked a coffee maker in the room. There was no fridge in the room. Small fridge doesn't cost alot however would enhance the experience. I have been once in a hotel without fridge had to spend 7 days without one, it is very annoying. microwave would be a bonus, even small road side motels offer it. There were no coffee or tea in the room, and no fridge. Would have been nice to have coffee in the morning. No coffie machine or ice maker yet but there still doing renovations. the ice was dirty half black and there was a lot of dead bugs on the carpet. View low floor back of building. when enter the room was not clean and it sould have microwave and mini fridge.. Horrible stay!! Elevator was down entire stay, on 7th floor! Room didn't get cleaned next day, had to request fresh towels, both pools were not operable. Stair ways were filthy, hallways were filthy! Will never stay there again!!. They did not have my reservation and asked me to come back later. Things seemed unorganized and lacking in problem solving from the front desk. The pool apparently wasn't working (so I've heard from people as I didn't even check if there was one) the cable was out (no tv) fire place wasn't working and some floors smelled like old casinos with cigarettes. We had two rooms in which there were no fridges which was a let down and the air conditioning didnt work in the room with the 2 queen beds. There isnt an ice machine on each floor. As well, some of the staff didnt seem very knowledgable. I had forgotten my drivers license at the front desk and did not get it back till the morning I was checking out, despite the staff seeing us multiple times during the weekend. The pool needs lots of work..(outside pool). Cleanliness especially in common areas. Ice room on 6th floor messy, with a cot and an old cart.. no ice machine in that floor. The fact that there was no food services available to us and the staff were a bit confused and I felt like they did not care much about the customers. service was lousy,had to ask for my room to be cleaned;vending machine inoperable,looked like someone chooped it up with an ax!;lobby carpets & bathroom disgusting;had to ask for a print out of my receipt upon check-out;fireplace didn't work; needs proper management!!. the bathtub was dirty, there was garbage in the hallway, there was no mini-fridge in the room. Had 3 Keys to room but didn't work some of the time. there was no hot water in the room; my family and I have to shower with cold water. One elavater worked which caused long waiting to get off 4th floor. Had to carry double stroller and two small kids down stairs due to 25 wait for it. Shower head leaked and sprayed all over bathroom Room was not ready when we entered the room. Beds were un made and not cleaned. Staff Not clean Elevator was not working. We booked a king and they didn't have one. The pool was not open, the hotel need lots of upgrading. Hotel is quite run down and not very clean (halls / elevator). Check- in took approximately 45 minutes. Hotel seemed short staffed. Only the outdoor pool was in use. My vehicle was damaged in the back parking lot. Hooker was working the street across from the hotel on one of the mornings of our stay. There was nothing in the room ( cups, soap etc) The hotel seems to be under renovations which is fine , but there were bags of garbage in the middle of the floor when you got off the elevator. Seems very poorly run . The male staff were rude of the 3 I encountered, didn't tell me there's no hot water working in the hotel and continued to book people. Seemed like a scam cause they know the hotel isn't ready to open, no restaurant open as advertised and still under construction while it's open- very tacky!. very unclean. Almost unsanitary like. Some rooms had no fire detectors. There weren't any clean towels. Had to wait to have it cleaned.Only able to check in at 3:00 and not any earlier than that. Short staffed. long check in time which seemed to be very complicated.Cards did not work after 24 hrs after paying for 48. Prostitutes in area. Online information on hotel misrepresents the pool and the restaurant. The pool is actually outside and there is no restaurant. More of a 1-2 star hotel. Socks found in our pull out couch Nobody came in to clean our room the next day while we were out No fresh towels No wifi Almost every time we went down nobody was at the desk Ice machine only on one floor when the sign in elevator says it'd be on 3 different ones Not very friendly at the desk at check in or check out. Ice machines all broken Staff not on top of checking in. Everything. the blankets were very dirty. the w.c very dirty smil bad no clean. It was disgusting and gross. The staircase was dirty with cigarette butts, broken vending and ice machines. The bedskirts have spilled pop or coffee stains, The carpet was dirty. The hallways were dirty with food and never cleaned. The tub above was leaking into our room. Everything about this hotel was disgusting. Thank goodness I got my money back. The lobby needs a face lift;one of two elevators working;the halls ways smells of urine;had to park in water;one staff member was nice,others appeared shifty.We were sent to an occupied room,many guest we spoke to had the same problem. This hotel is travellers nightmare come thru. The room was dirty, the shower did not work, there was a constant beeping noise through the night. Our sheets were dirty and when it was brought to the attention of the staff they were rude when it came to helping us. The next morning when I went to talk to the manager the only thing he offered was a free night or $50 off. I do not think I should pay for the horrible stay and would like letsbookhotel.com to contact me personally as the hotel said you were the one to talk to. I couldn't use my visa because there machines were down and ice machines were not work not a signal one. When I call for help no answer. The rooms where miss towels and not clean. Inside was poor, dirty floor, smell cigarettes in hallway pool not working indoor not opening electronically elevator not working, the fire exit stairs was dirty mold in bath. 1. We were given a room on the 6th floor and right after we went up the elevators stopped working. No sign, no apology, staff said talk to manager who brushed us off. 2. NO ONE came to clean any rooms I was there 2 nights and 3 days. 3. I suspect this is a place one should never stay be warned. when we check in our room was not clean bed was not make towels from who was last there was all over the bed.. keys to room not working and what take the cake NO HOT WATER in the hotel. shame on them... The hotel was shut down by the firefighters. There was a gas leak. I expect a complimentary gesture from the hotel. I didnt like the fact that my shower didnt have a shower curtain, the shower barely worked, there was no garbage can in the room, no ice machines in the building were working, 1 of the 2 elevators were not in service, 5 rooms on our floor were covered in mold! The reason I can see the mold was because the doors had massive holes in them! overall. terrible experience - never staying here again!. Dried puke in the stairwell told front desk 3 times was not cleaned up Staff did not care Pos system not working cash only. We got there and the hotel was not open they where closed for some reason and they didn't even call us to let us know so we got to Niagara Falls with no where to stay. The elevator did not work on our second day...and we stayed on the fourth floor!.
