A luxury accommodation at a budget price. Stayed here for 3 nights, but would not have a problem staying for a week or longer. We were visiting mainly for the Mondial festival st the Palais Des Congres which was right accross the street. Other primary locations such as Old Montreal were very close as well. The large living space (over 700 sq feet) made it very comfortable all around. Great stay - value for money was incredible. It felt like having our own Montreal apartment. Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Will stay here next time on our visit to Montreal.

It was an excellent stay! The staff was very hospitable, the location of the hotel was perfect. very well located, nicely decorated, fitness room with new equipment. perfect location for congress participation Well equipped appartment. Accommodations were really nice and convenient to everything. Location and overall comfort of apartment was excellent. Close to my activities for the 2 days. spacious, clean, great location. Very good and comfortable room. Location, apartment.The staff on-site was very friendly and helpful in solving problems. They made an effort to keep clients happy. Excellent Gym and good pool, location middle of business shopping and tourist area. Michel on reception, location, and standard of equipment provided. location. Water pressure in the shower made for a slight problem - but nothing major. Didn't try to have it resolved as we were only staying 3 nights. Late check in and early check out. I might recommend they have an earlier check in. Other than that everything was wonderful. Check out proceedures were not available. There was a large concrete column just beyond the foot of the bed, leaving only a modest passage around one side of the bed. Not a big problem but I did have to be careful. A bit of a hassle to get the key, it is not mentioned anywhere while you do the reservation that you have to hunt for the key! It is a good thing I phoned a day in advance. Also my reservation calls for a Queen Suite and I was given a smaller junior suite, the explanation was this what letsbookhotel.com booked for me??. we were told that parking could be found at a nearby garage, when in fact, parking was available in the building we stayed. But to park there we had to get a garage door remote from the Furnished Apartments office which meant making another trip back to their office. one small piece of soap and one small bottle of shampoo on 5 nights. Poor service. Keys not left when and where they said. I had to wait 35 to be let in. No information regarding check out. No reply to my emails. On the whole extremely poor service. They appeared to have little experience of apartment letting.It is unclear where the apartment is specifically located, which building. The address shown on the site was then changed without notification. The charge was supposed to be on-site, but full price was charged one week before the arrival. Pre-arrival communication can be improved. Checkin (Must be after 4pm) was streets away from accommodation. Building hard to find as correct name of building is 'Mille Neuf'. Does not facilitate tourists other than via internet. Internet and phone did not work. Reported faults but failed to repair. Apartment maintenance poor. Doors off tracks and plumbing faulty. $75 + fee if needed to stay past 10am on checkout. Would not recommend accommodation. Could not access bed from either side; appartment was poorly lit so difficult to read a book; seating was uncomfortable and not disabled friendly; staff tried to charge us $50 premium to stay one hour after standard check-out time. poor room preparation no air conditioning in heat wave lack of response to requests for re[airs.
