Hosts really friendly and helpful. Made us feel very at home, letting us come and go as we liked. Had our own entrance into our room. Everything we needed provided including umbrellas, shampoo, coffee, tea, luxurious towels etc. Lovely breakfast served in the morning at a time we requested, fresh fruit and homemade croissants! Fabulous!!! -

Excellent facilities and very welcoming hosts. It was good to get a 'local' view of Jasper and be steered towards useful shopping. It really was like staying in a home, but with our privacy maintained. Gina and Emil were there when you needed them but not in the least bit intrusive. A really good stay, much appreciated. -

Loved Jasper House Bungalows highly recommend a stay here. Just out of Jasper we were fortunate to get a cabin on the river. Elk came through on the first night and being Aussies we enjoyed the squirrels being about. The restaurant was fabulous and the staff super friendly. Do yourself a favour and enjoy a stay. Not far out of Jasper but far enough you have peace and tranquillity. Loved it.

In jasper in the slow time of year, the restaurant was only open a couple times a week so we didn't get to enjoy it tat much. That being said we had breakfast Wednesday morning which was delicious and dinner Wednesday night, also delicious, staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The proximity to Jasper can be a little bit of a headache but when all the facilities are open would be much better. Very close to some very good walking trails and pyrami

The price of the room made it much easier for us to enjoy our weekend getaway and all the staff were so friendly. The inn had good sized rooms, clean and comfortable. A choice of three
restaurants, with an indoor courtyard and a very interesting fireplace
in the middle. We used the laundry facilities, but did not get around to
the spa - there were no prices for the spa in the information in the
room. Last day on checkout there were two Elk across the street!

After a few sleepless nights in Canmore, Sunwapta Falls came like a rain in the desert! It was absolutely lovely. Our room was kitchy and dated, but the beds were extremeely modern, comfortable and clean. Staff service was the best we encountered on our 25th anniversary bike tour from Jasper to Banff. Janessa helped us plan our travel and allowed us to leave our vehicle at the resort for an extra 4 days. She even had champagne waiting for us in the room. We will always remember your thoughtfulness and first class service. Thank you , Andrea and Jim
