Lovely large, in suite room.Hostess friendly, and good source of Restaurants, sights, etc. Breakfast mostly Expanded continental, with fresh fruit cup, Or. Juice and fresh baked scones. Would fix eggs if wanted. Had one other guest during our stay. Very good location for exploring P.E.I. Dinner @ mavors in downtown. Very good food, service, and ambience. Also ate @ market prince corner shop casual restaurant with good sea food. Don't forget to have ice cream @ cows. Many locations.

I would recommend this B&B to other people. Downtown is not too far away and there are some great places to eat, lots of tourist stuff to do. Nice B and B in the centre of city on residential street. Very nice room, king-size bed, nicely decorated and comfortable. Not noisy-had it's own bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and nicely laid out. Carole our host was friendly and made us feel comfortable. Friendly, helpful owner. Low key, home was ours to use. Walked to the cycle shop for rentals (B&B bikes are not suited for any distance riding) and reasonable walk downtown (40 minutes). Easy Access to Confederation Trail. Very clean, with good soaker tub. I totally love everything in this B&B. Carol is very kind and proactively for your request, like to brief the local restaurants and POIs. It was great to stay at City Gardens. I was travelling with my granddaughter and it was her first Band B. Of the hotels and Inns she said this was her favourite stay. Very welcoming, helpful and fresh scones for breakfast. Such a clean house!! The room is very clean and comfortable,everything is nice placed and organized. They change the towl everyday, even the public washroom is really neat. Carol, the owner, was very friendly and informative. She had all sorts of great suggestions and recommendations about what to see on PEI. I would happily stay there again. Reasonably priced and comfortable. Carol was a very friendly hostess who did her best to look after you.. Very clean room and very nice en-suite. The place was beautiful, the owner was amazingly helpful, friendly and personable. Had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was delicious. The house and accommodation. The friendless of the owner. Budget friendly; great scones. Excellent breakfast. Location was a little further than expected from the downtown core, but a short bike ride or cab away. The walk isn't bad either though. 110 a little expensive. Grass wasn't cut outside so it didn't show as nicely on the outside as it did on the inside. Would have preferred our own bathroom. N/A. Nothing to complain. There was construction work outside the B&B during my stay. :aving to leave. The group staying chatted over breakfast till we finally had to make ourselves get up and explore PEI. If they can have some meat like ham or bacon for breakfast that would be wonderful!. I thought it was just a little too far to walk to the historic centre - 20 minutes at a quick pace to the edge of the HC. Just a little far from Charlottletown. A half hour walk into the town or a ten minute walk to the bus which ceased at 6p.m. Taxi from Charlottetown to B & B. $8-10. Could hire a car but then in the town was problems with parking. My first stay at a B&B and not as warm/friendly as I would have thought from reading reviews.
