  friendliness of staff , spacious rooms , swimming pool , sumptuous breakfast ( included in price !! ) - when we got there we got a room that was cold,there was no light in the corridor outside the room,and the telephone was broken. After a chat with the hotel manager we got a very good room . Shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes to take you to the gondola and back. On the whole my stay was extremely pleasant!

  Everything is perfect. The villa was amazing. It was equipped with all the stuff we need for living. It was very clean and very safe . The manager was very friendly . I liked her very much. The location is good. It is really comfortable and nice for families or couples.

  I was impressed by room's size-around 30 sq m. In fact, it was the largest hotel room I have ever been to. The view from our room was fantastic- mountains:). In addition, the staff seemed very friendly and polite. Hotel's spa facilities-excellent as well as nice size swimming pool.
