The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood not on the paulista area we is complicated due to thr night life... definitely to have a car o a taxi. But the place can be define in one word astonishing

The size of the room was excellent. The staff and amenities were all we could have asked for. My wife appreciated the size of the bathroom.i
The location is not ideal, as you either need a car or taxi to get to shopping locations and attractions.
Many times i called the guest service and information desk by phone and i got no answers, two times they even hang up the phone… in a 5 stars hotel this should't happen

Service for internet. I try to print just one map, and the front desk lady wants to charge me in u$25.00. It s no make sense at all.

price for breakfast. When most of the hotels in Brazil includes it in the rate they charge close to US35,00/ person. Bathroon needs refurbish.
