  I booked a junior suite. They gave me a room from the top floor. It has great city view, clean and enough comfortable. The location of hotel is really good. I had time just in the evenings. It was possible to go short trips by foot.   Location is fantastic! Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Taxi cabs have a stand on the corner, so it is really convenient. Room was like an apartment. Small living space with a couch and a tv. There was a sink as well. Nice closet space and good size bathroom. There is no tv in the bedroom but that was not a problem for me. I did not try the restaurant that is next to the hotel (where breakfast is serve - Best Value and Location‎ I stayed there before and after the remodeling....   The staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was perfect for exploring the city both on foot and using the metro or the buses. So close to the main Avenue Paulista but hardly any noise heard in the hotel from passing traffic or people. Felt very safe there. Internet is painfully slow sometimes, but I have stayed at worse places for much higher price in SP.
