  The location was great, very close to the station. It was generally clean and tidy and the rooms were large enough. I arranged a group booking for 15 and they accommodated us all with no fuss. Most importantly, the hotel staff were fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better service. It was three blocks from the Train Station, and there was a park next door. Breakfast was included, but I chose it seeing that another package for the same price was offered w/o breakfast. ???   We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay. Friendly helpful owner and staff.Good continental buffet breakfast. Hotel is in a nice area of Antwerp (End of 8 and 12 Tram line). Very welcoming, saw them helping new arrivals very nicely indeed!
