  Rooms were clean and new. Owners Xavier and his mother (forgotten her name) were lovely people. Xavier was such a gentleman helping us with our bags up 3 flights of stairs. He very informative with what to do in and around town. Xavier and his mother were able to call around to find out if things were open and to book things. Breakfast was individually presented, not buffet-style, making me feel like a house guest. It included made-to-order eggs, hot french toast, freshly-squeezed orange juice.   The personnel was friendly from the moment I arrived early to check-in until I checked out with just passiv my card over. Unlike many in Bruxelles, the offered up front to handle my luggage and even took the coat. The room was spacious, the bathroom larger and better than the 5 star hotels I have stayed at. Overall one of the best - Friendly staff, a parking garage near the hotel for 15 euro's a day, wifi, the room was nice and clean, very close to metro station Botanique, a supermarket (Carrefour) next to the hotel. We didn't ate breakfast at the hotel, but bought some orange juice and croissants in the supermarket and ate them on a bench in the park next to Botanique.
