  The staff were first class and were always on hand to answer queries or to provide information, right down to providing us with a european adaptor as we had forgotten to pack one. Room was exceptional and cleaned daily. Some very nice touches like the personal welcome on the flat screen tv in our room.   Free airport shuttle was a lifesaver especially at late arrival because it would be hard to find the hotel except taking a taxi. The size, comfort and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. Breakfast room, staff and breakfast itself was perfect. Local bus stops were just a few steps away. Silent and safe neighborhood. It has good location in the city center (close to both metro and tram), big and spacious bed, proper shower. Breakfast was allright. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
