Very helpful staff.
- Staff tried to enter my room despite the do not disturb tag. - Smoking was allowed indoors.
Around a corner there is a logistic base, so at 6am a noise may be a bit unpleasant.
incredibly good service, people were smiling all the time, very very polite and kind. location is just perfect - sablon is the best and most aristocratic part of brussels, in my view. very safe as well. hotel room - clean, nice, quiet. Overall the service and the location make this a hotel to return to.
- the bathroom sink was a bit clogged which is not acceptable in a 4star hotel. anyway, minor issue.; secondly, the reception does not accept banknotes of 500 euros so i had to go to a bank to change it for smaller notes.
A top hotel but very affordable
Location is perfect, and they offered a great price.
The street is under construction just now... I can live with it. Price was super, but they do not seem to be offering it going forward. A shame, I am often in Brussels.

Standard room small for a 4 stars hotel. Big works on the hotel's street, stopped during the weekend (so, no noise), but if you like your shoes bright and clean :-) you may need a you may need a brush to clean them everytime you go come in or go out.

The roadworks outside, and the beeping of diggers reversing at 6am on a Saturday. No wonder the room was cheap...Still, it was a nice place and I have no serious complaints.
Good location, free Wifi, gym, friendly staff, price for buffet breakfast was considerably lower than in other hotels, breakfast was nice, opportunity to get different pillows.
No shampoo. Also they should be more ecofriendly as I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and my towels were changed and they had thrown away my little soap, so I had to open another one. That was unnecessary. But all in all it was good value for the price I paid.
