A subsequent stay at a Hilton really showed the value your hotel provided and the internet access was included in the room whereas it was an extra at the Hilton. Will be using Best Western more often as opposed to a Hilton. Their room was bigger but a bigger room was not needed by us.

  All staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. This includes everyone from the cleaners to the kitchen staff and the two staff manning reception. They smiled and greeted guests like they meant it. This makes a huge difference when you're a stranger to a country. The rooms looked clean and smelled fresh.   Good location (across the road from U-bahn station, i.e. subway). Good and friendly stuff. We had some problem because on the first day our floor was cleaned very early, at 7 a.m. I asked not to use vacuum cleaners before 8 a.m.. And it was possible, we weren't waked up by vacuum cleaners any more! Rather good breakfast. Rooms re clean and staff was helpfull in finding a parking spot (4 km away in a P+R location) since we forgot to make a parking spot reservation. The P+R location was really cheap so we didn't really mind. The breakfast was okay. - The hotel is very well located, just opposite the entrance of the metro "Alser Strasse". You can easily reach the centre also with tram no. 43, which brings directly to the Ring in less than 10 minutes. There is also free wi-fi. The price is very competitive, also during Easter holidays: I will definitively return there next time in Wien.

  I liked the access to non-smoking rooms, and the fact that the Boutique Hotel Stadthalle is structured to be environmentally friendly. I liked how the breakfast buffet did not have packaged butter, jams and knäckebrot.
