  While looking for apartment, we thought of booking it within Vienna Innere Stadt. Considering affordability we settled on Kimi Immobilien. And our choice turned out to be fantastic. Easy accessibility to Tram and Underground (Schottentor Station at walking distance of 3 minutes). Can reach major railway stations (West Bahnhof towards Salzburg & Innsbruck or Franz Josefs Bahnhof towards Krems an der Donau) and - Terrific location - just outside the Ring, 2 minutes from public transport, Rathaus, a cheap supermarket nearby and several restaurants within 0-5 min. walk. The stuff is very helpful & friendly. We had all the facilities we needed inside the apartment, which is comfortable & cosy.

Please note if you travel by car there is no parking at this hotel, need to park on the street and is quite expensive, 4 Euro for 2 hours :(. We travelled by car and we park in a Park&Ride facility for just 3 euro per day. The quality / price / location is good for this hotel.
