Opening in December 2012, the stylish Simm's Hotel is set next to the Zippererstraße stop of the U3 metro line, taking you directly to St. Stephen's Cathedral in the heart of Vienna. It offers underground parking and free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Each room at Simm's Hotel is air-conditioned and comes with a minibar and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Tram line 71 stops in front of the hotel and takes you to Belvedere Palace in 15 minutes. Simm's Hotel is also easily reachable from the A23 motorway via the exits Gürtel/Landstraße or St. Marx. A taxi stand is next to the hotel.

The hotel is well located with easy access to the metro (only 2 minutes walk to the metro station that brings you in 10 minutes to the centre), the staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is new with comfortable, spacious rooms. Paid parking available. - Great location, right next to the subway station Zippererstraße u3 and very close to the p+r Erdberg. - Rooms are very spacious, very well cleaned and towels changed every day. - Coffee machine in the room and coffee capsules supplied every day.

Convenient location in the Simmering District, just next to the entrance to the metro U3. Very beautiful hotel, good acoustic insulation, beautiful view at the top floor, good breakfast, very very near to the metro station, very kind personnel!. Everythink was just perfect! I'm the owner of Hotel IQ Timisoara and i realy learned allote from my experience at this wonderful hotel. Perfect!. Great staff, nice lobby bar and very neat and clean, the 8th floor suite was very good and it offered plenty of great views and relaxation. new hotel so very clean and fresh,comfortable bed and nice bathroom and shower.Unusual decor but all in all a very nice room. The room was comfort, everything is new ,modern decoration , breakfast ,that it was literally next to metro station!. The hotel was next to the underground station, but the room was not noisy. Room, location. nice new hotel, little bit weird design (some parts of hotels seems to be unfinished - like ceiling in my room - but that's just some strange design), big room, nice coffee machine in room, very good breakfast, staff at reception and at breakfast is very polite and very fast (they allowed me to check in at 11:30 because my room was ready). Wifi is ok. Clean. The hotel does not have a restaurant. - The ac didn't cool the room enough and in the morning when the sun hit directly the windows it got very hot. The problem got solved in the last days of our stay. - The breakfast could use some variety from day to day. would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room. Not sth important ,for example missing bath mat , not available English channels. During 6 nights stay, the bed sheet was not changed. While the hotel is located directly next to a metro stop... There is nothing located immediately near the hotel. Definitely plan on community via public transit if you plan to stay at this hotel. Breakfast was poor. The garage is for pay-18 euro for day,for guest its should be free,,just one trash can-little. The lobby doesn't feel like a hotel, having no facilities of any kind, gives the impression of an apartment building. No private parking. Less maturity, Coffee machine requires time to read operation mannual and then to clean it for use. It could have been simplified, fore cleaned. I suggest to keep only electric kattle with option to have coffee or tea. A bit slow response service. although room was big - bathroom was very uncomfortable, architect that design bathroom should do better job next time, hotel is on U-bahn station but very far from city center. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Vienna in a very plain location with nothing to do (no decent restaurants or bars). There is no restaurant in the hotel. They do not have an iron available for guest. No gym. Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. Restaurant is not open on evening. Poor advices for anything attractive around ! When entering the room, there was a smell of waste-water in the room. I chose it for location near airport, but this is not even the case !. It wasnt 4star hotel ,but i wouldnt even give 2star for this hotel,hotel doesnt finish yet but they start to bussines,,,even they dont want clean the glasses of intrance !!!!! And they didnt paint even walles of coridors!!! Stoff wasnt familiyer with sity at all.
