  The room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Salzburg which was not that obvious to us from the description of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but not overbearing or snobby like in some other higher end hotels.   From the time we arrived and stepped out of our car outside the hotel to the time we left, all hotel Sacher staff were extremely plesant. Our standard room we booked was like a mini-suite.   This is our second time at this Hotel but the last time, they were full (December 2005) and we had not booked!) but they kindly let us stay with their Aunt who lives in a house in the grounds.
