  High quality hotel with friendly, informative staff and many little extras. Our room, in the Villa, was more of a suite and very well presented. The location is close to bus routes, only a short walk into the centre of Salzburg and but in a quiet area. The hotel staff went out of there way to help you. They booked places for us to eat and she told as about the Christmas market. They also helped us with booking of the train to our next location.   We stayed in the two/three bed-roomed apartment. The apartment was well equipped for our needs and very well situated just across the river from the old town. The member of staff that greeted us on our arrival at 10.30 pm was very friendly and accommodating.
