  The location is absolutely great but the wonderful and 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude of the staff (management and housekeeping) was really refreshing. They made a basic hotel feel really welcoming, comfortable and like 'home'. If they could do anything to help, then they did and always with a smile.   The setting was close to city and easy to walk to central station. The room was in and old style house and was great. The room was spotless and renovated recently. The cost was central budget but quality was excellent. The shower was boiling hot and again clean and spotless. The atmoshepre was great and noise was not an issue.   This is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. The gentleman at the front desk (guy from Tonga) very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and have whitel linens. Unlike any other hostel this one has sinful beds instead of bunk bed. Has clean big kitchen, tv room. Quiet most of the time. Love this place and gladly recomand. Yet few - Within walking distance of train station, hop on/hop off bus and ferry terminals, Seaworld/Madame Trusaud's/Wild World/Maritime Museum/Westfield Tower/Opera House. Clean, easy access, good shared bathroom/kitchen/free laundry. Good sized room with queen bed. Helpful staff. Good wifi in room.
