  Great location. Friendly staff. - I was upgraded and had a room to myself, it was a clean place, I only spent one night, it was quiet and the staff were helpful. I would stay there again. Located across from the lagoon and close to all amenities, easy to get to from the bus and shuttle to the airport was easy to arrange and cost $10. Good place!

  We've stayed here for few times. Very friendly and nice personal, clean shared bathrooms, good facilities and the location is very-very handy.   Late check in no problem. Lovely staff who allowed us to use the carpark for an extra night whilst we were on a boat. Would have stayed when we came back off the boat but they were booked out due to it being Easter weekend.   A friend and I were up for just one night so looking for something cheap and easy. The owner was extremely lovely amd personable. It had all we needed, an outdoor area near the pool to have some afternoon snacks and drinks, 2 bathrooms for females and 2 for males and in the rooms was a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. I liked the fact that the house was typically Queensland style & the girl on reception was really helpful advising me on where to go n wot2 do. 10min walk to ferry n river front.   We spend a couple of nights there, and honestly it was just an amazing time! The staff is really friendly and really helpful. The accommodation is really nice, with terrace, a nice tv plasma, a little kitchen, and a nice bathroom ( an really clean!)! Everything for a great price !   The owners of the Motel were very friendly. We were travelling with a two year old toddler, and they put up a cot for him in our room. The size of the room was ok. There was a fridge and a microwave and some dishes but no real kitchenette. The bathroom was spacious.
