  The room we had was clean, comfortable and roomy. The water for shower was hot which is sometimes an issue in multi room accomodation. The staff are friendly and helpful.   Love that I never waited more than 5mins for something to be delivered to my room. The reception staff were amazing and very very helpful. Love how the location is central to everything I needed ie, shopping mall, trains and food! Liked the price for parking a car at the hotel. That the place felt like a home not just a hotel. They were able to give directions around the local area easily, always had a smile, check in and check out was quick, and there was no problems with our request to stay an extra night. We entered our room it had the heating on and was lovely and warm and very comfortable the whole time. It is about 15 mins walk (with luggage) from the Katoomba Railway Station and very convenient to shops and all facilities.

  Good combination of units to select from. We had 3 x 2 bedroom units for a large family for a wedding. Plus a 1 bedroom for the bridal couple on their first night. Responsive staff that attended to our requests, Nick the manager was very helpful. Off street parking and very comfortable beds. Great to have laundry facilities as well. The parking was plentiful and not far from our rooms. The rooms were spacious and we didn't expect a 2nd bathroom with the main bedroom. This was welcome as we were 3 women travelling on a business trip. A request for a modem for internet access was provided and installed with no fuss. The close proximity to the M4 freeway was perfect. And the cost was very reasonable.

  The whole experience was really nice for my husband and I. Tuscany Estate was very flexible as we only wanted to stay one night and they allowed this. The room was comfortable with outstanding views. It was a real country experience, we relaxed as soon as we walked in the front foyer. Check in was 2pm and check out was 11am which was more flexible than other accommodati - Every time we have stayed we have been made welcome! The food is wonderful, the views amazing and the rooms are a generous size and always very clean and comfortable. Thanks for always making our memorable and relaxing.
