Spacious for 2 little kids plus two adults. Separate bedrooms so the kids could go to sleep without being disturbed by TV or adults. Kitchen was a bonus...very nice. We liked the convenience of the property to the tram line. The staff were always friendly and willing to assist. Nothing was too much trouble. Quiet.Comfortable. Secure. Well stocked kitchen. Good size bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Tram outside the door. Leafy outlook.

Good location, lots of parking. Good location. location, family room with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, onsite parking. 1) Tram stop is in-front of the hotel. Good sized apartment. Clean, new kitchen. the location. The tram was just outside the front door. The only fault was a new bathplug is needed in No.26. The present plug is old and does not hold the water from leaking in the bath. Some of the kitchen items were old and in a few cases almost unusable. e.g. the frypan. Did not like having to haul a heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs. No offers of help. Where is your lift? Decor a little dated. Maintenance needed on the appartment. Would have like to have kown that appartment was on third floor. There was a musty spell in the apartment block. No drier in our room. everything else was excellent. The toilet seat was loose and I had to go and ask for milk. Only two towels provided [booking was for 3]; toilet very difficult to flush. the Dockers not winning the Grand Final had a great weekend. I would prefer to stay closer in the city next trip. The apartments were in need of a makeover. TV need to be updated to allow USB and other device for plug ins, on top floor its very hot and no A/C in bed rooms only in lounge room. It needs more cutlery in the kitchen. Excessive road noise Uncomfortable pillows. Rooms were too light in the morning. Thought our apartment did smell a little. For a 2 bedroom apartment some more glasses and mugs would have been a good idea, more than 2 of each at least. Shower could of done with a really good bleach!!! Used towels left out in foyer of other apartments for many hours, not a good meet and greet as you are entering you apartment block. Our bed was a king split which was quite hard and with a hard bit down centre of the bed..quite uncomfortable. Hard pillows also. Dirty - hair in sheets, unflushed paper in toilet no uht milk although tea, coffee and sugar smelly pillows unlocked balcony door compromising safety and security. Noisie air-con,lounge to small & uncomfortable,Noisie shower & Taps,Can hear the nieghbours. 1) I arrived after dark, and very tired, and was not given clear instructions to find my apartment - wandering around at night by myself was very unreasonable. 2) I also did not like dragging my suitcases up the stairs, in the dark. 3) The office opened 7am, I needed to leave at 6am, so had to waste an hour to wait till I returned my key. Please make accomodation for early leavers! I will not be staying here again. The rooms/ bathroom wasn't very clean. Building is a little tired. The apartment is in need of up grading. Bathroom inparticular. cleanliness not up to standard, staff not welcoming/friendly enough. 1)Shower room is extremely small. 2) cleaning & replenishments were not done on Sunday. 3) toilet has no wash basin. 4) No mirror in bedroom 5) washing machine not working properly. 6) heater not sufficient in lounge area 7) I booked for 7 days but extended 1 more day. The last day rate is rather high. 8) wash basin tap leaked. Thinking it was advert as 4 star property and more like 2 star. 3 flights of stairs not mentioned either. Dirty carpet. Couch in lounge uncomfortable needs updating. Hotel staff, bed comfort, value for money, noisy. it's very cold............. Mould/Damp In toilet smelt the whole apartment out no resolution offered spoke to two people and they had standard answer will let cleaning staff know. I got a can of disinfectant spray after asking for it. Long term problemas it had just been painted over not repaired. Was not value for money. The hallway smelt musty. The apartment smelt at first but was okonce we opened all the wwindows. The heater/air con did not work and when the bathroom mixer blew off under tap pressure we had to use the kitchen basin for face washing and teeth cleaning! The manager did not appear to care and was still going to charge me full rates! Shower was tiny. Will never use these apartments again. Only one key for 4 guests for 2 doors.F.T.A.TV.only half channels. Painted toilet seat why not replace it.Bad location.Very poor desk service.I would never stay again.Win some lose some.
