All ground floor room doors are uniquely facing a spacious common area with access to the outdoor pool area. Upstairs rooms have a large wrap round balcony to enjoy the breezy afternoons or sunny mornings. Each features tea/coffee making facilities, ironing facilities and a hairdryer. The 2-bedroom suites also offer kitchen facilities. The on-site cafe offers breakfast, lunch, coffee, juices, muffins and home-made slices. There is limited off street parking on the motel property but there is free street parking adjacent to the motel. There is an on-call manager to take care of any emergencies. A'Montego Mermaid Beach Motel Gold Coast is a 20-minute drive from Seaworld, and 30 minutes from Movie World and Wet’n’Wild. Cbus Super Stadium in Robina is 9 km from A’Montego, while Metricon Stadium in Carrara is 10 km away. Easy access to public transport links for games at both stadiums are available.

I booked in for my wife & I. We are regularly on the Gold Coast for medical treatment my wife has regularly. Manager was Extremely Helpful & friendly. What a Marvelous change. Rooms are Big, kitchenette bathroom etc brilliant and Clean. Bed was Lovely and comfortable. Rooms are no smoking, great, and outside every room is table, chairs and ashtray. Lovely surrounds pool and laundry. WIFI for your lap top pc's. Off street parking. I Highly recommend this Motel and we will definitely stay.

We stay here each time we travel to the Gold Coast for medical treatment my wife receives. 1st Class Motel at budget price. Well Done :). Confortable bed more than adequate facilities close to a number of shops very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A short walk from the beach. Good parking facilities. Good value. We hope to return. Staff very helpful when I arrived re restaurant that I was going to that evening looking it up on google and giving me directions Cafe was awesome great breakfast and good service. Close to "Subway,"takeaway. The purpose of my trip,was to be with my brother at hospital with cancer.He died 2xweeks later,I attended his funeral on the16/8/13. close to a great organic cafe Mandala cafe up the road just before Pacific Fair Beach nice and close a bit quieter area of Gold Coast but still close. our room was well set out and had enough room for the portable cot we brought with us, the grounds and pool were very tidy and clean. The room was a good size for us all and we were close to everything. The air conditioning was great and so was the pool. Good location for over 60's. Reasonable eating places in walking distance. Microwave, Sink,Toaster in room. Reasonable price, equiped with all basic equipment, supportive staff, not far from the beach. Staff & reception were great, outside neat and tiday and renovated, coffee shop was nice. Very helpful people. I appreciated their assistance to visit the Medical Center. The Manager was extremely helpful and very friendly. I will stay there again. the staff were so friendly and helpful. The café is a great addition. I liked the area it is in.The beach being close by and the juice bar. Overall, the rooms were clean and comfortable and cheap!. good size units great staff and well priced. Great to be able to do some washing in the paid machines as travelling around... the location was good handy to public transport ,as it is right on the highway staff were friendly. price and close to shops and restaurants. The receptionist was friendly & helpful. She was a credit to the organisation. The room was clean and tidy. Coffee shop. Very little. I had requested ground floor, and arrived to find it not available. My business demands I carry a lot of material, and need the convenience of ground floor. Sorry to say I didn't like anything I had to find other place to stay. I didn't dislike anything. Extremely Happy. Nothing. not that I really didn't like anything, but a little refurbishment in kitchen and bathroom would make the room we had great. The toilet leaked however it was fixed the same day I reported it. the massive mouldy stain on the ceiling above the bed. Having to walk past people smoking on the balcony (ashtray was FULL) no light in toilet no light in bathroom. the rooms need updating. The fact that the tea and coffee was not replenished nor the milk. The floor was a little sandy and sticky. nothing. no movie Channel at night. the garden could have been mowed and tidied up more. We were there for 4 days & did not recieve fresh towels any day apart from our arrival and once our 2 budget rolls of TPaper ran out we had to buy own toilet paper (this is first time I ever had to do this in a motel?) Moldy ceilings (gross). the plate in the microwave did,nt work i told her about it but it was,nt fixed while we were there. room 14 shower leaks. toilet window lock broken no room security. bed hard amd spings dug in. rusted hand rails safety hazzard. top cement piece is not painted yellow and caused me to trip on it. Looked very tired. I book a triple room & was given a double. The receptionist had to get a roll away bed (of very poor quality, which I had to make up) for my daughter to sleep on & also provided me with plastic dinnerware for the room. There was dry rot in the door surrounds, no extra pillows, only 1 extra blanket & possible the worst mattress I have ever slept on. A very disappointing stay. The BED, the main reason one requires accommodation! Unable to sleep due to the mattress quality, springs pushing up when laying. Followed by the morning staff member who did not wish to assist with my complaint, and her personal lack of P.R (complaints) skills!!!. The VERY uncomfortable bed. The unit was not flash but we got it at a budget price. Only needed a bed but the bed was terrible!!!!!. Try sleeping approx. 45/50 metres from traffic lights and three lanes of heavy traffic. And I finally fixed the main door from shaking in the wind with one of my slippers!!!. Its not what we saw in the photos the bathroom was not in good condition .At night the cockroaches were crawling on us the linens were unsatisfactory as well as the cushions and pillows as they had a bad smell , we paid $1400 and only got a $500 refund for just 1 night. The room is too expensive for the value.The blanket was dirty full of stains.The Motel law says no noise after 9.30pm (which many people didn't follow) but no law for the morning.Being up till 2am because people were screaming,laughing and drunk and getting up at6am because people were noisy again and nobody from the Motel says a word is unrespectful. Never again in this Motel!. The attitude of the staff was the worst part of my one night stay.( On my arrival) . The room was smelly , at the back yard , smelly . As you know I book hotels from booking .com very oftenly . It was the first time I'm complaining.
