The room was clean, modern and welcoming with comfortable, beautiful beds. The water in the shower was continuously hot with a strong flow. The hotel was across the road from the beach for a long early morning walk or bike ride. Easy access to shops and cafe's. The restaurant had great food and good atmosphere. The staff were helpful, friendly and informative.Stayed 2 nights, would have liked to have stayed a week.Loved it.
kaikki arvostelut » We just loved the whole experience, I have always wanted to go and visit Esperance as I had seen beautiful photos and it really interested me. We got to do the Bay of Isles Cruise on the first day and it was so great to learn so much about your town, things that I didn't know. We loved Cape Le Grand it was just beautiful. The location and being able to take a walk to the main shops. The reception ladies where absolutely lovely and friendly as we live in hopetoun when we come over to esperance and stay we will be staying at the best western each time for sure. Excellent Value for money ,my company booked me into the hotel and at $120 a night its at the very low end of accomadation cost , so i was a little worried , However the hotel was excellent value for money. The bed was super clean, super comfy and the pillows were awesome. We always bring our own pillows as motels have skinny little ones. Not Best Western, they were great. The staff were very friendly. The bed was the best I have slept on for a long time. The room clean and tidy. Very central location to the town centre and beach. Clean and comfortable. Cheerful and friendly staff We were impressed that shortly after our arrival staff contacted us to ensure that everything was in order. Two wonderful dinners that we shared with friends. I guess you can't take the blame for excessive winds that curtailed our daytime plans. The bed was comfortable. Shower was big. Front desk staff very helpful. Free bath towel for the beach. The Unit was just so clean & comfortable Pity that we were not able to make greater use of it. The second floor room had lovely views over the Bay and Harbour. Central location was a plus. the friendly staff; loved the restaurant; the cleanliness of the room and surrounds. Spacious room, great location, friendly staff, will stay there again!. The noise from the water pipes was almost unbearable. I dont know if if was just our room, but it was bad. We mislaid a blue check shirt which we think was left behind either at your motel or the Great Western in Kalgoolie. We were in Room 8 and we would be happy to pay the freight if you come across it. The bed side tables and bed head were very dusty. I am sure they haven't been dusted for a while. Parking was an issue at times. The air conditioner was very noisy. There was no fly screen on the window. Guests in adjoining units who spared little thought for fellow guests as they jabbered away to each other both at night & early morning. can't think of anything. Breakfast, the scrambled eggs were horrible!. Nothing that could've been avoided by the hotel. Not a thing. All was good. WiFi hardly ever works. Unfortunately the couple we were traveling with had a problem with the person in the resteraunt on the morning of departure regarding the poor cooking and presentation of their eggs at breakfast. There was a toaster, but no plates, knives or forks. Suggest a microwave would also be handy. The noise early mornings, shower going hot and cold and poor quality towels. Amenities in the room were very basic. It was a bit noisy next door, when they checked in a 9pm. And I had to get up early the next day.... Little annoyed at that. Noisy airconditioner, its time for a replacement. Room air conditioner outdated and noisy. need to update to Split systems in this day and age!. bathrooms were clean but quite dated. We hated the fridge being full of drinks that were for purchase leaving no room for our own supplies. Free internet is advertised but didn't work the whole time we were there. This needs to be sorted out. We know the staff is trying to fix the problem, seems to me it needs some sort of booster. I think it can be classed as false advertising. the weather - no fault of yours lol. Nothing. The parking arrangement. Designated parking bays with room numbers would have been great. Hated to park my car in front of another room. The cold. Staff had little knowledge,bbq had no gas bottle so we had to go to the park. We were self catering to counter the high cost of accommodation so would look at alternatives next time. Restaurant good on one night, but on the second night there were a couple of large parties and service was a bit curt. Internet was variable coming and going. The shower was dreadful. The water pressure was extremely poor then the water changed from very hot to freezing many times in a few minutes and indeed throughout the whole shower. Dinner was not value for money. Not a thing. disappointed that we were unable to get flybuy points because we booked with bookings.com. Noisy Aircond/Heater. The staff couldn't provide us some of the complimentary things offered in their room guide. And they didn't offer any guide on what to do in town, and we had two TERRIBLE night sleeps. Weather. The 4Am night club at the Pier Hotel next door right behind our room, the noise was un acceptable and we would never choose this hotel again, our wekend was completely ruined. Booked upmarket room, had to park on the street, internet did not work , trip hazard as you entered the room, banged my shins twice. Pushy staff trying to get sign ups for Best Western Club.
