The tour desk can book local activities such as white water rafting, deep sea fishing, snorkelling or sea kayaking. You can workout at the fitness centre or enjoy an outdoor meal in the BBQ area. Sapphire Beach is just metres away from each villa. Guests can enjoy a coffee at the cafe, which is open during reception hours. All accommodation at Nautilus Beachfront is air conditioned and features a refrigerator, desk and tea/coffee making facilities. Some accommodation offers a kitchenette or living area with a sofa.

We loved how close everything was and the park was a hit with or children. There was plenty of room inside when it rained, so the kids didn't climb the wall. The beach was picture perfect, can't comment enough on the villa and the location. LOVED IT. Absolutely loved the grounds, the room facilities were great, the pools awesome. Well organised with provision of access for check in. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

Stayed 4 nights. Good location - not far from center of Coffs. Room was clean and good size. Resort right on beach front. Would recommend this resort. Safe for the small kids. Easy to get to (we flew SYD to CFS) Friendly staff Comfortable room Great pools Plenty of good food places in the area. The fact they had spas and a big pool. A few barbecues, tennis courts and table tennis. The beach is right in front of the villas. Staff were very pleasant and helpful . The unit was fantastic , spacious comfortable and clean. The location, the pool and the beach. And the accommodation was very comfortable and tasteful. apartment 184 was on the second/top floor with lovely views and really nice furnishings. Loved the deck space outside too. excellent location on beachside. room was large and very well appointed. This place was amazing, wonderful views of the ocean from the pool. It was very quiet and hardly ever ran into other guests. Customer service from reception and facilities. It was awesome moment. Amazing quite beach. The View and Spa. Friendly staff. Location. Privacy. We liked the location and the room we stayed in. Very quiet. The only thing I would suggest is to get rid of the hard join in the middle of the bed. We are a happily married couple and the two single beds joined down the middle was a bit of a disappointment. The only negative thing I could probably point is lack of lighting in the night while approaching the villa. This is something which is important which the management can easily address. Whilst on a beach front, there were no signs to indicate whether it was safe for swimming. Open the gym. The beds were really hard, we couldn't sleep on them. We had to move to the couches as they were more softer. We didn't like the fact that they pushed two single beds together into a king size, which made the middle of the bed really uncomfortable. Not much . The beach not really swimable . Just being picky now. The WIFI connection was not good...but this seems to be a problem in most places on the East Coast of Australia....at least those where we stayed!. The big black ants that came at night in kitchen mostly and a few in bathroom and the small ones around kitchen sink during the day. Mentioned to reception staff. (Some small areas of grout in itchen missing that ants were coming thru also from end of floor cupboard in corner where wall and floor meet in corner where carpet starts is where they were entering). lack of an onsite restaurant. We would have loved to have a cocktail overlooking the ocean however the restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay. When its very windy the pool is not so enjoyable as the wind kept the heated pool cool. Parking was a bit of a squeeze. We had a 3 space and we against the wall with a linen area behind us so getting out was a bit tricky. No restaurant on site. That we were charged $445.88 and our confirmation email told us our TOTAL was $400.00 with a 2.5% charge for m/card. Doesnt add up...... Hard to rate your staff as we did not see a single staff member for our stay. We didn't like that we could not use the spa or gym and the restaurant was closed as was the day spa- all of these things are why we booked with you and apart from the pool there was nothing else to do as there was a tennis thing happening the week we were there so we couldn't even play tennis! All in all we were pretty disappointed. There was no restaurant or cafe and the only cooking equipment in room was toaster and microwave oven. Therefore had to travel to Coffs Harbour for all our meals.
