I booked a Double room, breakfast included and we were pleasantly suprised to find we were upgraded to a Delux Queen with spa bath, this was a real treat for us. On checking in I was told the breakfast is only a continental but when I said that should have been stated on the booking they upgraded our breakfast to full which we enjoyed. 'We had a good, comfortable stay and the staff were all friendly and helpful. As our trip was for medical purposes we found the location close to the Royal Brisb.

There is no where to write anything on this page, so i will just say i dont think that we are much of a help to you and the survey as our stay was not for pleasure, so we didnt get to explore Brisbane and therefore our answers are very restrictive. sorry!. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, airy and clean. The hotel has undercover parking, is close to public transport and within walking distance of the Royal Brisbane Hospital. You can dine at their superior Va Bene restaurant or cross the road to MacDonalds. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fresh with very comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was great. Overall value for money was extremely good. Quiet room. Excellent bathroom facilities for disabled. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Close to everything. Easy to get to. The fact that the entrance to the Clem 7 is right outside - made it a little difficult in getting to other lanes when driving out. Could not find fault at all. Excellent all around. Nothing to dislike!. No negatives. Breakfast was expensive and mediocre. There were no public toilets on the same floor as our conference room. Pool outside room, maze of corridors, very short stay (1800 to 0530) didn't get the chance to evaluate as usual. No heating. Nothing!. The location is a bit remote. Not a lot within walking distance. Nothing. exiting to go north is not easy. The smell of paint while participating in training on Floor 3. It would have been good to have coffee available in the training room throughout the day. nothing. Musky smell in hall & room. Check in was a long process, after being on 4 flights we weren't really in the mood for this, especially after being told I needed to give a $200 deposit. As it was pouring with rain and we were very tired we decided to check out what the onsite restaurant had to offer, turns out its not open on Saturday nights?? Ive never heard of a hotel restaurant not being open on the weekends! Musty smell in the room that was very strong, could have been from the wooden furniture?. Seemed like a old facility needing some attention. Hard to find. Difficult exit / entrance with traffic. Rooms were fairly basic for the cost. Bed was short sheeted, not many eateries within walking distance, bad location because of freeway system. Beds too short. Musty smell in room that I could not get rid of.
