  The location is great!!! Florida street, about 5 mins walk to the heart of Buenos Aires. Their staffs are friendly and helpful. The street (Maipu) is not particularly attractive but walking righy from the hotle takes you to the beautiful San Martin Plaza and it is only a block from Florida St., the pedestrian shopping street and on the way is the excellent restaurant TanCat.   The hotel is close of most importants touristics points of Buenos Aires' downtown. The staff of hotel, in most of situations, is very polite, mainly Pamela. She is very kind. The price is little high and the acoustic isolation of our room was terrible. But, in general, it was a good accomodation.
