Carlos, at the front desk was absolutely charming, gracious, and delightful. He made us feel special and welcome. There is also a wonderful restaurant at he hotel with incredible food. We were only there one night but enjoyed it greatly. -

It's just a stunning hotel. One of the nicest places I've stayed. Not over done and tacky-- just really well designed. Also, the staff was very helpful. One even stayed on the phone with LAN for a long time to change a flight for me.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially when I arrived tired and hungry at 11pm. They suggested a restaurant close by with very good food.
